Marsha Campbell Biography

Marsha has been called a builder/developer of people.  She seeks to be a bridge builder to connect vision with strategic development—relational empowerment with personal transformation.  
Marsha currently serves with C3Missions International.  She works both locally and globally in educational development for C3 Orphan communities in impoverished countries.

Marsha’s professional and ministerial passion has centered on holistic development and education in the non-profit world.  She has served in many roles in a variety of organizations:  as a  high school teacher & coach, Women’s Ministry Developer & Leader, Children’s Pastor, Youth Pastor, Trail West Family Camp Children’s program developer & trainer, State Trainer ,conference presenter and educator for Parents as Teachers  &  Kauffman Foundation STAR Baseline Program,  Ministry Relations Director for Servant Christian Community Foundation, federal grant writer and reviewer for Capital Compassion & SPRANS grants and CEO of Bridge Builders Foundation of Greater Kansas City.

Marsha earned her Master’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Kansas. She has completed four semesters of youth ministry training accredited with Young Life & Fuller Seminary.  She also has over 200 continuing education credits in current research in child development and family systems.  She received her Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Secondary Education English and Humanities from the University of Missouri.

Marsha is married to Roger and they are blessed with two sons, two daughters and one son-in-law.  Marsha delights in the following activities: traveling, reading, tennis, yoga, and sharing long cups of coffee and great meals with wonderful friends.
