Tiffany Ann’s mission is to empower and resource young leaders to discover their place in this world and find what unique contribution they can make in it. She believes that God has a story for each of us that is distinctive and weaves together with others’ stories for His glory. Her gift mix includes leadership, wisdom, faith, discernment, prophecy, and hospitality. Tiffany Ann is currently raising two sons, mentoring young leaders within her community, and facilitating a listening group. She is passionate about the role of mentoring within the church as well as growth within group experiences. Her focus is to lead others to an authentic place where they can hear God’s voice in their life and experience the freedom He offers. Tiffany Ann previously served both on staff and in volunteer roles at several churches, including Willow Creek Community Church in IL. The role she most enjoyed was working with emerging leaders in their 20’s to discover their leadership style and sharpen their directional skills. Tiffany Ann has spoken at group trainings, women ministry gatherings, and adult Bible classes. Regardless of her role, Tiffany Ann is passionate about helping others connect intimately with God, hear His voice in their lives and discover how they can love and serve others for His kingdom. Tiffany Ann earned a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Accounting from Baylor University in Waco, TX. She is currently enrolled in a writing program through the Christian Writers’ Guild in Colorado Springs, CO. Tiffany Ann grew up outside of Denver, CO and currently resides in Orange County, CA. She has been married to Joel for seven years, and they have two children. When she’s not out adventuring with her boys, she enjoys reading, writing, cooking, travelling and connecting with friends and family.
