These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including but not limited to www.realifeprocess.com, and all associated REALIFE Process sites (collectively referred to as the "Website"). By accessing or using any part of our Website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use our Website or services.

The Website is offered and available to users who are 13 years of age or older. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. REALIFE Process, LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Website, products, services, and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, software, trademarks, logos, and any other intellectual property ("Company Intellectual Property"). The Company Intellectual Property is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and international treaties. You may not use, modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Company Intellectual Property without our prior written consent.

1. License to User Content:

By submitting any content, feedback, or suggestions to REALIFE Process, LLC through our Website or services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media, format, or platform now known or hereafter developed. This license includes the right for us to use your name and any other identifying information you provide in connection with the content.

The Company has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, the Company reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials at its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

The Company does not control or endorse the content, messages, or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, the Company specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Certain services made available via the Website are delivered by third party websites and organizations. By using any product, service, or functionality originating from the Website, you acknowledge and consent that the Company may share such information and data with any third party with whom the Company has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service, or functionality on behalf of the Website's users and customers.

1. Referrals and Recommendations

REALIFE Process, LLC may recommend resources, products, and services that we believe might help you. Some of them may include affiliate links, for which we receive a commission. Additionally, we may provide referrals for coaching services. While we only recommend resources that we have vetted ourselves, we do not control the business practices of these businesses and coaches. They are not part of the REALIFE Process Team, and therefore REALIFE Process, LLC is not responsible for their actions.

8. Refund & Return Policy:

1. Refunds for Services within the First 30 Days:

REALIFE Process, LLC offers a 30-day refund period for all services. If you are dissatisfied with the services provided and wish to request a refund, you must submit a written refund request within 30 days from the date of purchase or commencement of the service. To initiate the refund process, please send an email to teresa@therealifeprocess.com. Upon receiving your refund request, we will review your request and process the refund if it meets the following criteria:

1. The refund request is made within 30 days of the original purchase or commencement of the service. b. The service has not been substantially utilized or completed during the refund period.

If your refund request is approved, we will refund the full purchase amount to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

1. Refunds with 30 Days Written Notice on Memberships:

For membership-based services, you have the option to request a refund with 30 days written notice. If you wish to cancel your membership and request a refund, please submit a written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. To cancel your membership and request a refund, please send an email to teresa@therealifeprocess.com. Upon receiving your written notice, we will process the refund if it meets the following criteria:

1. The written notice is submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. b. The membership has not been substantially utilized during the refund period.

If your refund request is approved, we will refund the pro-rated amount for the remaining unused portion of the membership to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 48 hours (during regular business hours) from the date of purchase. Please note that order processing time may vary during peak seasons or due to unexpected circumstances, and we will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays.

We offer various shipping methods for domestic and international orders. The available shipping options, transit times, and associated costs will be presented to you during the checkout process. Please choose the shipping method that best suits your needs and locations

If we are unable to ship a specific product to your location, we will notify you before processing your order

If there is significant damage to the package or its contents, please take photos as evidence. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any shipping-related issues promptly.

The Service is controlled, operated, and administered by REALIFE Process, LLC from our offices within the USA.
