“But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you.” - Matthew 6:33
"What we delight in, we tend to seek. We will find ourselves lingering over the works of God, celebrating before Him with glad hearts, and talking ever more eagerly about them–and especially about His work of redemption–with the people we see each day." - T. M. Moore
Take some time today to reflect on that in which you delight. It will guide you to what you truly seek. Journal about what you truly desire to seek and what it appears like you are seeking. Write a prayer to God asking for His help in seeking His kingdom first. Intentionally insert practices into your day that will help you savor God’s work in your life, grow your gratitude muscles, and point your heart, mind and body toward God in increasing ways.
